Fresh Tasmanian Salmon cooked in Olive Oil and herbs. On the side is Sri Lankan Curry leaves called Karapincha in Sinhalese
Fresh Tasmanian Salmon cooked in Olive oil with herbs. And Sugar Snap Peas, Red Peppers and Spring onions on the side. Only the peas ended up very little as they were eaten fresh and half way as well 😛
